In some cases, the problems aren’t at the bottom, but in the middle. If you feel that you’re constantly handling different questions from parts of your company, there’s a sign that your team may need more training and guidance. This isn’t necessarily anyone’s fault, but there’s just no time to go around. Hiring someone at the management level to deal with these issues makes your staff happy and frees you from the constant question barrage.
Ultimately, trying to get too much out of too few people may have a lot of consequences that you haven’t thought about. In time, it may impact the quality of your work and you may end up shedding key members of the team you’ve worked so hard to build.
